1. The service

LedgerLens reads payment screenshots shared in WhatsApp groups you connect and organises them into ledgers for bookkeeping. You are responsible for having your clients' consent to process their payment evidence.

2. WhatsApp linked-device risk

LedgerLens connects as a WhatsApp linked device. This is not Meta's official Business API; WhatsApp may restrict or ban the linked number. You must use a dedicated number, never a personal or primary business number. LedgerLens is not liable for any restriction WhatsApp places on a number.

3. Accuracy

Extraction is automated and validated, but you remain responsible for reviewing flagged items and for the final ledger.

4. Licence and third-party costs

LedgerLens is sold as a one-time licence. AI extraction runs on your own Anthropic API account, and optional email on your own Resend account; those providers bill you directly under their terms. You are responsible for keeping your keys valid and secure.

5. Data

You own your data. See the Privacy Policy for processing, retention and deletion.
