Running cost: your own AI key

Screenshots are read by Claude through your firm's own Anthropic account. You add the API key once in Settings and Anthropic bills you directly for what you use — typically well under ₹1 per screenshot. We never mark it up.

Optionally add a Resend key to send invites and month-end exports from your own email domain.

An honest note about WhatsApp

LedgerLens connects as a WhatsApp linked device. This is not Meta's official Business API, and WhatsApp may restrict or ban the linked number. That is why we require a dedicated number — never your personal or main business number — keep bot activity off by default, and make re-linking a new number take minutes without losing any history.
